Yoga is, for me, a holistic path to greater balance, health, and inner strength. My own yoga journey began with the desire not only to strengthen my body, but also to bring more calm and clarity into my everyday life. Meditation is, for me, a key to inner peace and personal growth.
This journey has inspired me to share my knowledge and experience, and to support others on their own path.

My Experience & Growth
For many years, I have been supporting people on their path to greater well-being and inner peace through yoga, meditation, and yoga therapy.
Training
I completed my yoga teacher training at Yoga Vidya, where I was able to dive deeply into the world of Hatha Yoga.
Afterwards, I completed additional training as a yoga therapist. With this knowledge, I can offer yoga not only as a preventive practice, but also as a supportive method for specific complaints.
With my training as a meditation course instructor, I aim to provide even more inspiration for mindfulness and inner calm.

In my yoga and meditation classes, I combine traditional techniques with a modern, compassionate approach.
